이 약관은 주식회사 러브앤피스83(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 Reading Your Love 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
서비스는 만 18세 이상인 자만 이용할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 이 요건을 충족함을 확인하고 보증합니다.
3.1 Reading Your Love는 이용자가 제공한 출생 정보를 바탕으로 관계에 관한 개인화된 콘텐츠(이하 "리딩")를 제공합니다.
3.2 모든 리딩은 오락 및 참고 목적의 콘텐츠로 제공되며, 전문적인 심리 상담, 의료, 법률 또는 재무 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.
3.3 이용자는 서비스를 통해 제공된 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 내린 결정에 대해 전적으로 스스로 책임을 집니다.
4.1 서비스는 리딩 이용을 위한 앱 내 가상 재화인 "당근(🥕)"을 사용합니다.
4.2 당근은 현금으로 교환하거나 타인에게 양도할 수 없습니다.
4.3 리딩에 사용된 당근은 환불되지 않습니다. 미사용 당근의 환불에 관해서는 환불정책을 참조하십시오.
4.4 계정 탈퇴 또는 삭제 시 보유 당근은 소멸됩니다.
5.1 이용자는 자신의 계정 자격증명을 기밀로 유지할 책임이 있습니다.
5.2 이용자는 회원가입 및 서비스 이용 시 정확한 정보를 제공할 것에 동의합니다.
5.3 회사는 이 약관을 위반한 계정을 정지하거나 해지할 권리를 보유합니다.
6.1 리딩 결과물을 포함하여 서비스를 통해 제공되는 모든 콘텐츠는 저작권법에 의해 보호되며, 주식회사 러브앤피스83 또는 그 사용권자에게 귀속됩니다.
6.2 이용자는 사전 서면 동의 없이 리딩 콘텐츠를 복사, 복제, 배포, 공개적으로 게시할 수 없습니다.
6.3 서비스는 리딩 콘텐츠의 무단 복제를 방지하기 위한 기술적 조치를 적용하고 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.
회사는 서비스를 "있는 그대로" 제공하며, 리딩 콘텐츠의 정확성, 완전성, 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 회사는 서비스 이용으로 인한 간접적, 부수적 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다. 이 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
회사는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지를 통해 효력이 발생합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

This English version applies to all users outside the Republic of Korea. Payments from these users are processed in foreign currencies via Stripe, with LNP83 PTE. LTD. (Singapore) as the contracting entity. Korean-language users transacting in KRW via Toss Payments are subject to the Korean version above.
By accessing or using Reading Your Love ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Reading Your Love provides personalized relationship insight content ("Readings") based on birth information provided by the user. All Readings are delivered as creative, entertainment-oriented content for reference purposes only.
The Service does not constitute professional advice of any kind — including psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on content received through the Service.
4.1 The Service uses an in-app virtual currency called "Carrots" (🥕) to access Readings.
4.2 Carrots have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.
4.3 Carrots are non-refundable once used to access a Reading. For unused Carrots, please refer to our Refund Policy.
4.4 Carrots expire upon account termination or deletion.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5.2 You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the Service.
5.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6.1 All content delivered through the Service, including Reading results, is protected by copyright and belongs to Love & Peace 83 Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
6.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly disclose Reading content without prior written consent.
6.3 Technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorized reproduction of Reading content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Reading content for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love & Peace 83 Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
